Knowledge and Discovery

We are honored to be on the ancestral lands of the Wiradjuri people. We acknowledge the First Australians as the traditional custodians of the continent, whose cultures are among the oldest living cultures in human history. We pay respect to the elders of the community and extend our recognition to their descendants who are present. Coolamon & District History Group respectfully acknowledge the Wiradjuri People. The Traditional Custodians and First people of the Coolamon Shire, and their continued connection to country and culture. We pay respect to Elders past, present and emerging.
